The Evident Group Pty Limited, is an Australian Public Company, Limited by Guarantee subject to the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and the common law contain various rules which regulate the internal affairs of companies. This includes rules relating to the nature and form of a company’s constituent documents, the roles and powers of the board of directors and the shareholders, shareholder meetings, and shareholder remedies. The company is in process of being registered as a charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) and as such, abides by the ACNC Act 2012 (Cth) and ACNC Governance Standards.

The company’s-controlled entities, including international entities, adhere to the applicable Pharmaceutical Industry codes, Good Evidential Practice, Voluntary Codes of Best Practice for the Governance of Public Universities and the IACET Standard.
